MOVING ON, BACKWARDS.
Being in the Hospitality sector since 1992, I have experienced the progressive use of technology firsthand while trying to keep afloat in the deluge of techno jargon and requirements. At work, we are concerned with page ranks, optimized SEO, page speeds, web server speeds, UI, and UE—argh! I cannot imagine why a Hotel would take such rules so seriously! Or am I just being overly paranoid?
However, I made the ultimate decision—I will throw all this away and return to the very basics of tech. Hello again Blogger! Something which I have been tinkering around since 2008-ish, all thanks to my work in the Hospitality sector. It's not been updated for a long time, but I have fewer options and techno mumbo jumbo to care about. Hooray!
Since moving on, I came across some of my earlier "works" from my online archives and thought it would be nice to share some of them with you (who reads blogs these days anyway?) in the unlikely chance that you may draw inspiration from them.
